How Shakti Recharge handles customer information.

1. Information Collected

We collect account details, contact information, recharge or bill identifiers, transaction records, support communications, device/browser information, IP addresses and security events.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate customers, process and reconcile transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, send service updates and meet legal obligations.

3. Service Providers

Necessary transaction information may be shared with gateways, recharge providers, billers, email providers and infrastructure vendors. We do not store card PINs, CVVs or OTPs.

4. Retention

Transaction, reconciliation, support and audit records are retained for operational, dispute, accounting and legal requirements.

5. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side credentials, audit logs and separate payment/fulfilment tracking. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You may update profile information and request assistance regarding your account. Some transaction records must be retained even after account access is closed.
